SHOCKING SERVICE @ PICK N PAY ONLINE!!

Placed aan online order on Saturday, a different amount gets debited off my account from the amount I placed my order on. Lack of answers and feedback from Pick n Pay I decided to cancel this order. If it starts like this I would hate to know what quality of goods I might of received. Also having been charged a higher amount than my original order and two items not even in stock is not acceptable. I have been speaking to various consultants at Pick n Pay from yesterday until now (Monday morning 09h16 2020/03/02. Clearly the online thing is maybe too new or too much for Pick n Pay but I have purhcased from most online stores (various products) and Pick n Pay has by far been the WORST EVER. First time and last time for sure. Shocking. At least I dont have to worry about after sales service.
