SHOCKING SERVICE AT PICK 'N PAY NOORDHEUWEL

Pick 'n Pay advertised chicken braai packs today for R39.99 per kg. When, however, I arrived at Noordheuwel Pick 'n Pay Noordheuwel, I was told that it is sold out, and that in fact it was already sold out by 08:00 this morning. The manager at this store simply said that it is sold out and that there was nothing he could do about it.

We phoned the customer care line and was then told that the special was only "while stocks last", WHICH WAS NOT STATED IN THE ADVERTI*****T.

We also tried to phone 2 of the other shops: Westgate and Key West: YOU SIMPLY CANNOT GET THROUGH TO ANY OF THEM!!!!!

This, I am afraid is NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE and I would like to know exactly what Pick 'n Pay is prepared to do about it. If I do not get a satisfactory response, this will be my very last time that I shop with you.

Your staff has no manners, they are unable to assist you in the store and are mostly out of sight!
