Shocking service at pick n pay clothing, Montclare branch, Cape Town

Attitude does not fall short at the pnp clothing Montclare Cape Town, the refund policy clearly states on a big poster in the store to retain purchase slip to return items. Which I did. However one of the clothing tags were taken off which apparently was a train smash to the manager. I got a rude lecture about keeping the tags on to return a purchase and I politely pointed out the sign says proof of purchase. She really was able to do the exchange but was just lazy and ****** rude.
