Shocking service and takes your money without asking

There customer service is shocking. They will not help you with anything? They also took money from me without even asking and I will not use this app again. It's a **** and really horrible when u see such grand advertising to be so let down. I would like my money back as soon as possible. Contact me and I will be happy to give my order number!
