I am beyond disappointed with the service from Pick n Pay. I placed two orders—one through Mr Delivery and another through asap—totaling R1000. Not only did they fail to deliver, but they also canceled the orders due to their own inability to fulfill them.

They assured me that I would receive my refund within 3 to 5 business days. It’s now been 10 days, and I’m still waiting. To make matters worse, their Mr Delivery team is incredibly rude when I ask for updates, and the asap team is utterly unhelpful.

Why must a customer struggle to get their own money back after Pick n Pay failed to deliver? This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Pick n Pay, do better!
