Shocking Service

Pick n Pay head office. what a horrible service I have been receiving from the Pick n Pay head office (Hr department) . the stress and the frustration we have been receiving is really beyond me , I tried asking for the manger the lady that answered blatantly refused to give me her managers number or even her name , she was very unprofessional and keep on asking why do I want to speak to her superior, never have I experienced such unprofessionalism : the number I dilled is *** she was my 1st point of contact . I am really shocked Can I get a call from the Hr department please
