Shocking service

On the 24th of October 2024 i went into the Norwoord branch were i bought my laptop from. I had to take it back as my laptop stopped working. They said that it will take plus minus 21 working days to get it fixed , i have to call and run after them to find out whats happening almost every day , they only called me back twice put i havent had any news about my laptop.

Every-time i call they promise they will call me back have they called you there is someone who-works in the computer deportment that sounds his still sleeping. He has never given any of my messages.
