SHOCKING SERVICE

Ticket received (***) Absolutely shocking service!!!! 2 weeks of me emailing daily and I haven't had a response!!! This really does make me realize why I want to stop shopping at PnP.. service in store was shocking, so tried online and then I get ******.. On Saturday the 28th of September, I did online shopping with PnP. I followed the steps and processed the payment. When the payment had gone through, I went back to the PnP App and it said the order was canceled and I never received the items. The funds have gone off my account and I would like this transaction reversed, please. I have attached a screenshot of the transaction.

I am not able to give you an order number, as the app advised it was canceled.

So dam frustrated!!!!!!!!!! Even copied the CEO of PnP in on my email, clear they don't care about their customers 😒 Will rather stick with Checkers Sixty60 their service is amazing!
