Shocking Service

This is a review for PnP ASAP. The most useless customer service I have ever experienced. First they deliver completely the wrong order, then they tell me they must first collect the wrong order before they can send the correct one. Why can't they bring the correct order and pick up the wrong one at the same time??? Then because they didn't deliver my correct order for several days, I cancelled the order in frustration and requested a refund. This was done on the 20th November and to date they still have not processed my refund or even bothered to respond, despite me sending numerous queries to them. I will now have to ask my bank to do a charge back due to goods not received. I have deleted the app and will NEVER shop at PnP ever again. My family and friends are all shocked at the level of incompetence. Unbelievable.
