Shocking Service
I went to Pick n Pay Hypermarket Faerie Glen to go buy just a few things. It was a few small things, but more than ten items, so I went to stand in line at the tills. The lines were long with many people having trolleys full of groceries and minimal amount of tills open (one should think: payday - more tills?). I went around the corner to the kiosk and stood in line there. Only when I got to the front it was communicated to me by the person working behind the till that I'm not allowed to pay there (at all other Pick n Pay's where I shop the kiosk can be utilised for things other than cigarettes). I told her the pre-mentioned and I was met with a bad attitude. I went to customer service and asked to speak to a manager, where the person working there also rudely asked me why. I told her what happened and she also (with a bad attitude told me the same). I told her the same story about other Pick n Pays. Me and my partner spend a lot of money at Pick n Pay: this is not the first time I experienced bad service/unfriendliness at the particular branch. I actually want to share this in the People who live in Pta East Group on Facebook, as I have seen complaints regarding Pick n Pay before
