Shocking service

Shopping at Pick n Pay Hyper on Friday afternoon, we bought a few items, to be exact 16 items. When walking to the cashiers, we saw that the express tills were very quiet as the rest of the store. The ladies at the tills were just sitting doing nothing, so we walked to one and started unpacking our goods. Not very friendly cashier by the name of Syndy Bosoga, said that they dont pack items more than 10. Funny that doing nothing and just sitting, have the audacity to tell a paying customer that they dont pack. This is the problem when the Unions run a business. I am sure that she wants to be paid on payday, but not prepaired to do her job. I understand that if the place was busy, we would not have gone to the express tills. But doing nothing, looking half asleep and bored, she could have helped. Just goes to show why our country is going backwards. In future we may just decide to never go back to this store. Rather support ones that are friendly, helpful and earn their salary.
