Shocking service
I have been paying for my groceries with my RCS card for months, today a very snotty manager lady informed me that she would only process my payment after showing her my balance on my card by sending a code through on my cellphone, not only is this a gross violation of my privacy and dignity, her attitude was truly unprofessional, I spend thousands of rands monthly at the Shelly Beach store and I feel like this is completely unacceptable.
