Shocking service

Waiting for order of 23 Nov,item not in bags,feedback on way forward. No reply on customer cervice emails. On my last order,half of items was out of stock,still waiting for refund,and items missing from the 2 parcels I did received. Also sent emails due to long waiting time on calls to be answered and with no success. Very disappointed and can't compare this company to any other. Come down to being *******.
