SHOCKING SERVICE

I ordered groceries through the Pick n Pay online app, ASAP. Upon delivery, I opened the packets only to discover that I had received the incorrect order. I have called their customer support line and I have emailed them. I have been waiting for a response for almost 24 hours. I have paid for my order and still received no items; only incorrect items from someone else's order presumably. This is totally unacceptable.
