Shocking service

Pick n Pay Norwood opens at 08:00 on a Friday. I quickly picked up what I needed, then walked the length of the store looking for an open till. The only one open was for the disabled. So i stood waiting in the quick checkout line hoping that between the 10 tills, someone will open. The line got longer and longer, and not one open till. One lady tried to open her till and didn't succeed. Another one came later. By the time there was 1 open till it was 08:15. The store manager was standing wiping a counter with a cloth instead of getting his tellers to open the tills. When I approached him, he gave me this attitude that speaks for itself. Disgusting. No wonder the staff doesn't give a damn - because the so called managers don't give a damn.

Vanitha, these are very nice words - thank you. Unfortunately your whole message is completely meaningless. What has been done, and what steps did you take that this will not happen again? Words are great but actions are what is needed.
