Shocking Pic n Pay ASAP service

I went away for the rest long weekend and my landlord was helping look after my dog. He contacted me to say the dog food was running low so I ordered from Pic n Pay ASAP to be delivered to his house. I paid the amount and delivery fee. When the order arrived it was electrical appliances and no dog food. My landlord sent them back and I logged a complaint with the customer care. The man assured me my dog food would be delivered the same day. To date I have not received my dog food even though I sent a follow up complaint. I don't want the dog food now because I had to go on the weekend and buy more anyway from Spar. I definitely want my money back through. This dog food has now cost me R500 because my landlord went to buy and I had to pay him petrol money. The service is shocking and I wont be using their services again!!!
