Shocking online service from Pick n Pay.

I placed an online order at 7:50 this morning (confirmation received at 7:50 from PnP) - 14 small items in total. It is now 10:35, and the order has still not been delivered. It was supposed to be delivered at 9am. Absolutely unacceptable & shocking service !! And no communication from PnP as to the reason for the delay.
