Shocking frot tomatoes and service

I went to buy tomatoes at Pick 'n Pay Sheridan in Benoni. I got home opened the packet and one of the tomatoes was totally front. I took it back straight away. I opened it on the ice deefreez to show the manageres , al she did was shrug her shoulders, I told her that this was unacceptable and she just stared at me not a word not an apology not can I swop it for you. I got so cross that I actually left my till slip and tomatoes just there and walked out. This is not the first time I have bought food from this store that I had to throw away because it was spoiled from vegetables to shredded ham.
