Shocking experience at Pick n Pay Somerset Mall

On Monday 2025-03-03 at about 18:40, me and my wife entered Pick n Pay Liquor store in Somerset Mall, whilst i was busy by the shelve trying to pick something for me a male from bidvest security made a gesture towards us saying we must finish time is up. My wife feeling under presure then left the shop and I then grabbed the closes bottle just to finish. I arrived at the tillpoint and gave my smartshopper card to the lady behind the till I changed my mind and went to change the bottle for another one in a hurry because i was pressurized by the security and staff. I returned to the cashier and asked her for my smart shopper card and she rep**** "I did give you boetie, you must check" but I knew that I did not receive it and did not want to press the matter futher as she already did not have a frindly face with me. Whilst standing at the tillpoint they switched of the lights of the store making me feel I was not quick enough. I feel very disrespected, humiliated and underappreciated. They could have just informed me at the door as i entered that is late they want to go home as i didnt know there times, then u would have went to checkers where im sure i would have been treated and valued as a customer much better.
