Shocking Experience

I bought goods for just shy of ZAR50k at Pick n Pay hyper Woodmead. the run around i got when trying to get the combo processed (they had run out of stock and now replacing with another item) - spent almost an hour instore. to top things up - i never got even a free plastic carrier bag from the store management - after spending so much money in one store visit. Crazy customer experience - no wonder they are racing to the bottom
