Shocking delivery service

SHOCKING SERVICE! Yesterday I ordered groceries via PNP ASAP up until now the groceries haven't arrived? Call centre has been of no help, because no one answers the phones! This is not the first time I have encountered this issue. Pick n Pay's service is just getting worse and worse. I'll advise that the public rather take their business somewhere else.
