Shocking Delivery Service

I frequently receive the incorrect item (and it takes at least a week to rectify), get charged for items not received or the driver goes to the wrong address. More than a week ago I received the incorrect item again. Every day I get an email from someone else who is going to help me and nothing happens. This lack of service is unacceptable. I will definitely not make use of Pick n Pay online ever again.
