Shocking Delay Again..and again...and again
I usually avoid Pick n Pay Asap becauae there is almost always an iasue..Lo and behold, I give them another chance today and they have delayed the order again. I phoned the call centre and Tania, who sounded like she was eating, told me the shop has a huge influx of orders. How ia thia my problem? I asked her this but she gave no answer. Instead, she asked how else she could help me. Was that a joke? The name od the service should be changed from asap to late and maybe.
