Shocking Customer experience

To whom it may concern, Your Pick n Pay branch in Fourways Crossing has got appalling customer service. You have to greet the staff before they greet you. The cashiers really do not care about how there interaction between them and the customer goes. Being rude and the work ethic is very questionable. The manager at the branch will stand and joke with staff while customers are waiting. The cashiers at the till will look you straight in the eye knowing you want to pay and numerous times get up and just leave while their is a long queue usually leaving on Cashier to deal with the long line of customers. I have visited this branch on numerous occasions and always the service at this branch needs to be addressed. I am in the customer service industry as well and we will do anything to help a customer or retain a customer but the attitude of staff at this branch makes you feel unwelcome. I will. Not be returning.
