I purchased 15 Pick and Pay ASAP vouchers through webtickets. UTTERLY SHOCKED AND DISGUSTED that these vouchers don't work and neither am I getting refunded. Nobody seems to know how to resolve this problem? I am absolutely FLABBERGASTED
