Shocking beyond words!!

I was wondering why PnP shares were crashing and stores were closing down, now I know why. They cannot even get a simple thing like Smart Shopper to work!! I have tried for months at various stores across the country to get my smart shopper to work, your terminals tell you to phone a number that does not work, your WhatsApp does not work and neither your USSD that you so proudly advertise and give out. Shocking is an understanding!!

I challenge PnP senior management to contact me and resolve this in 7 days via WhatsApp text only, bet you can’t even get that right.
