Shocking attitude and service for loyal customer
On Sunday 12/03/15 at 18:45 I visited the Pick 'n Pay at West Coast Village in Sunningdale.

I visit this store on a daily basis to purchase groceries and therefore feel the terrible service I received is extremely disappointing and shouldn't go unnoticed.

I only had 5 items so I was able to use the kiosk to pay for my groceries, first of all, I was barely greeted when I got to the front. After having to ask for a plastic bag myself and not being offered one, I was told to fetch it myself from the tills on the other side.

The cashier then proceeds to put my payment through on the card machine while I wait to enter the pin. My groceries still standing on the counter not being packed away.

Once we finish up with the card machine, the cashier just stands there and looks at me blankly, I asked her rather sarcastically if I need to pack my own groceries or would she help me. Her response: \Yes
