Shocking and disrespectful service at Gonubie Pick 'n Pay

While shopping at the Gonubie Pick 'n Pay in East London on Saturday 23 January at 9:20. I was shocked to see only one till open with three ladies working behind it. The queue grew quite long and after waiting for a while a gentleman in front went to ask the three ladies if they could possibly open another till as there were a lot of customers waiting. The three ladies ignored the gentleman completely and began talking amongst themselves leaving the customers to be very frustrated. This customer service is incredibly frustrating as there was no communication or apology from anyone as to why there was only one till open, and when asked about the reason there was literally no response. Due to this shocking service I left my items in the basket and went to another supermarket where the service was better.
