SHOCKING again

Their app is absolutely SHOCKING. Almost every time I use it they mess the order up and there is no way of fixing it. Then the service consultant hangs up on you when you are dissatisfied. Their refunds take forever. So reordering from somewhere else is not an option, because people simply DO NOT have extra hundreds of rands lying around. Last time I will use them and I would highly recommend using another app for your online purchases.
