Shocking
My previous complaint refers! So you take 2 months to respond and then tell me in your response that i should call the customer line if it was not resolved and then you have the audacity to thank me for being a loyal customer? Firstly there was nothing to resolve but your bad service which continues, and secondly i am not your customer AT ALL, i no longer shop at pick n pay! Maybe you should consider customer service like picking up a phone to an unhappy EX customer!!!
