shocked at treatment received from manager Mzi!
Complaint - Brigh****er Commons Pick & Pay store - to be spoken to with such disrespect & condescension by MZI! I'm absolutely mortified that someone in a position of authority has no idea of the concept of customer service, professionalism or respect for another human being, for that matter! How embarrassing that this person is wearing the P&P brand with that disappointing attitude! :( thank you manager Heidi for stepping in to save the day! :)
