Pringles are on special til 4Nov2018. The sign says assorted Pringles so I chose Sour Cream & Fruit Chutney. I got to the til and noticed my slip did not reflect the discount.

I was instructed to go with one of the packers to the isle to verify...upon verification we found the chutney pringles had a different name on the tag.

I was instructed to either change the flavor or pay the full price.

Are there no overrides for such errors?! I missed out on a R8 discount which would’ve made a difference in budget.

This Pick ‘n Pay branch needs to train the managers and staff and teach them what customer service is about.

Besides one of the tellers throwing me with the slip and another refusing discount vouchers because ‘I did not have my smart shopper card’ to redeem it. We read the vouchers and there was no clause that instructed me to bring it along.
