**** staff with even ****ter managers

The branch in Claremont Cape Town is the worst branch ever. Their staff always look sour, never great and couldn't be bothered to help. Today I went to the hot foods counter I greated with no response. I then got rolls greeted with no response. I went to the till greeted no response. I asked where are your plastic s****s I was responded with "kiosk"! I asked Tracy a manager hi where are your s****s she looked at me and shook her head. I told her you can't just shake your head at me. She responded with "there isn't go to the restaurant". Not to wander the staff have **** attitudes if that's the attitude of a manager. I suggest all Claremont staff for training at the Rondebosch branch the staff are always friendly and smiling and they will go out of their way to help the customer!
