Shisha rewards “Free delivery” campaign codes don’t work

Pick n pay had a shisha rewards campaign running a few months ago where you should purchase more than R400 worth of groceries to get a free delivery coupon. This was for up to 4 free delivery codes. I received my codes but they dont work. I have spoken to numerous pick n pay asap consultants but none of them cn assist me. I have sent numerous emails but i am now fed up. Dont promise free delivery codes just so that we as customers should buy from you, but then the codes dont work.
