Sherwood Pick n Pick Commercial generator next to my bedroom window

I have contacted Pick n Pay HO and Store Management on several occasions w.r.t. them housing a commercial generator right outside my main bedroom window. I would like invite store management for a sleep over to come and experience the noise, surely this is in contravention of the Health and Safety act. I would like for this generator to be moved, not only is the noise a problem but surely you need a permit to house a commercial generator in a suburb.
