Sheer incompetence at its best
What an awful encounter! First they don't deliver my food on the agreed upon date and only told me 3 mind before the agreeded upon time, then we arrange the next day and they still don't honour my preferred time slot! I want to cancel my order and their customer care line seems to have no one available to speak! What a porridge institution you people run there it a proper banana Republic and the ******s are in charge!
