She threw me with my smokes

We went to the cashier to pay and asked them for 2 packets of smokes, the cashier sent the other lady to fetch them and the lady did not return, she tried calling some one else but did not get any attention so she just sat there waiting, i went to the cigarette counter myself and asked them for it, i gave the two packs to the cashier to ring up and after ringing it up she threw me with one box with an attitude. My friend lased out asking why would she do something like this and infront of my little girl if we are paying customers.
