Sharon park does not respond to emails or messages

Due to the lack of response by Pick and Pay in Sharon Park (Springs) on my emails and Facebook messages, I am diverting my complaint here.

Please respond to my email that was sent twice on the 12th of May and today the 23rd of May.

I am busy with the Ombudsman as well as a ***** claim at FNB.

I need the details as stipulated in my email.
