***ually harassed in store with no help

Tonight just after 6pm I was in Pnp Irene Mall at the washing detergent section when suddenly turned and saw a man standing behind me with his pants open satisfying himself while looking straight at me. I immediately walked around another isle to the tills where I told a male employee to please help me and go look for this man because I don't know if he is following me. The employee returned and said he saw nothing and that was it. They didn't try to find the man, they didn't try to keep me safe or walk me out (it was dark already) or take any other precaution wrt my safety. This is a serious offense and that man is a ******** being allowed to walk around in a family store. What if next time he takes a young girl - will Pnp still not be responsible after knowing he is using the store as his hunting ground? I don't think I will be able to feel safe in Pnp again. I was shaking when I left there and has to ask a car guard to walk with me in the parking lot. I just don't think that's an acceptable standard of safety. The entire incident should be on security footage.
