***ual harrassment not actioned by management

On 3 June I went to the Pick 'n Pay at Benmore at approximately 19h00. As I was shopping in the fruit and veges section, a Pick 'n Pay employee approached me and greeted me. He then continued to follow me and then ***ually harassed me to making reference to a part of my anatomy. I was offended but continued shopping. Once I had paid at the till, I asked for the manager of the store. I was taken to his office where I relayed a detailed account and advised the employee's name (I think it was Joe or something along those lines). I was asked to give a physical description of the employee and they confirmed who it was and mentioned that had received complaints about him in the past. The manager asked me to write down my details (work number, e-mail, mobile number) where I can be contacted, which I did. He advised that he would investigate the issue and give me feedback accordingly. He apologised profusely and guaranteed that action would definitely be taken and I would receive feedback. As I was leaving the store, I heard that particular employee called over the intercom system, but I have yet to receive feedback from the manager. This makes me feel **** to and unvalued as a customer!!!
