Services very poor and "floor supervisor" was rude and lazy

<p>At my lunch hour, I went to Pick n Pay at Centurion Mall to get lotto for my pensioner mother. There is no staff at the till where I am to buy the lotto. There is another customer behind me also waiting for someone to pitch up because he also want to buy lotto. We both waited and waited and eventually the guy behind me walked out because he couldn't wait any longer. I saw two staffs, one of them must be floor supervisor whatever they call, standing by the wall chatting to each other. I went to them and asked to please send someone so that I could buy the lotto. The floor supervisor said if there is no one at the till that he cannot help, he was rude to me. He should have seen to it, send the staff to the till. I told him this is very bad services. He shrugged off. Very disappointed with the services!!!!</p>
