Today's service was just out of ordinary you know when the company talk about people first and customer is always right is pick n pay Beyers Naude Rustenburg. I Went to Pick n Pay bought dry wors at Pick n liquor when I get out my receipt got lost on my way to the Parking so I got in to my car drove off to make the story short the dry wors didnt taste well so I decided to take it back when I got to the cashier she couldn't help me because I didnt have the slip so she ask one of the guard to call one of the mamager to my surprise the business onwer walked in and ask me to follow him inside Pick n Pay store as he was walking in he ask one of the cashier to refund me and ask one of the floor manager to give me another how awesome is that Thank you for awesome service manner you are really walking the talk is not always you get a business owner who is hands on .Am very proud of the service you provide to your customers High Five Pick n Pay Beyers Naude Rustenburg you Rock....
