Service what service
Today i had the worst experience at a checkout tgat i have ever had. The cashier Hlayisani Maluleke should never be let to work with customers. I got the impression that she was doing us a favour by helping us at her pace, the queue at some point was 10 deep and it made no impression on her, it felt that she didnt care. The cashier next to her processed a full trolly in the same time she did a basket and then we even had to pack our own bag.
