Service that surpasses all other

<p>I was planing a baby shower for my cousin with a very small budget. One of the things that I needed to include in this budget was the cake(seeing that it's such a big deal at baby showers these days) I approached Pick and pay at Oakfield in Benoni and they were very eager to help. They, unlike other branches who sent me from pillar to post for 3 weeks, assured me that creating the cake I wanted was as easy as pie. On the eve of the day I suppose to collect the cake I was called by the lady who first assisted me(Precious at the bakery) to inform me that the baker I spoke to had a little accident and would hand over my cake to another baker to help me. I felt very valued and impressed by such courtesy and professionalism. May all other branches learn from this branch! I take my hat off to Precious, Tshepo and the rest of the staff at the bakery in Pick and pay Oakfield Benoni. </p>
