Service suck

My dad has a smart shopper card. When he wants to use his points it gives an error. We have called in, have asked at the kiosk, have used the machine they have in store but have not been able to get the problem sorted. We have to be together for the call centre to authenticate him. I WORK during the day and you have not wanted to help him when he tried sorting this out.
