Service suck

I wanted to buy a top for me. When I swipe my debit card 3 times, each time it was declined. The teller on the second cash register alluded to it that she had the same problem earlier. I ask the teller where I could find a ATM, I left to withdraw money. Upon my return I waited that help the customer and went to the teller since the item that wanted to bought was still. By the till. She rep**** that I need to join the line, which I respond but I was earlier on here and want to pay for the item. She insist that I need to go to line. I left, because I felt so embarrass. If the card machine worked this would not have happened.
