I am highly disappointed withthe service received from Pick n pay- we ordered on the pick n pay asap and we picked an alternative but we were then charged more then expected - We requested that pick n pay refunds our money into our bank account but they told us it will take 5 working days - As a pick n pay loyal customer i did not expect tp receive such service -As per telephonic communication the manager agreed she will do the immediate refund then send us an email to say unfortunately due to their procedures. WE ARE NOT HAPPY WITH THE MANAER THE MANAGER SPOKE TO US AND FAILED TO MEET OUR REQUIREMENTS - we are unhappy with service received from Sindiswa and the manager Aurora Visagie *********** service i habe ever received from a manager. As a customer its frustrating to order online then u get wrongfully charged from your account and they fail to immediately pay the customer why should we wait so long for our refund as the money needs to be used.
