**** service, poor quality of products and more expensive than other gorcery stores

This is the second time ordering on the ASAP app, and I am not having no joy. My orders gets delayed for no reason, it takes longer than the 60mins that is given. the delays are always on the drivers side. I called the call center and they had to escalate for a cancelation, when the first time this happened to me, They were able to cancel the order whilst I was on the phone, this was three weeks ago, now they cannot do that, the call center agent rather wants to call me everyday to see if my order was canceled, isnt that what the ****en system is for?? this is poor ****en service, the quality of the items is not even good, I will no longer shop at any pick n pay or use the app!!!!!
