**** service PNP asap

I placed an order with pñp asap the driver arrived with my parcel only to find plenty traffic cops near my gate and didn't even wait 2 min and left as soon as I got a massage to arrange another delivery contacted asap only Mellisa Theron to tell me they cancelled my order (in a space of 15min )without any explanation and apology of inconvenience said can get my refund back to my card but I know the process takes up to 7 days to refund I'm really not happy with the service how can I place another order again not knowing if I'll get the same **** again Maggie zwane
