service over lunch time

I went to the store for 3 consecutive days to buy the c***** milk that's on promotion eventually on day 3 there was a guy unpacking the milk I asked if there is he said yes and went to go fetch while I'm WAITING for him I get to the customer service desk with about 3 people in front of me 2 being traffic officers they pay and leave when it's my turn the cashier says I must go stand in the long queue I asked why and she says you just must she calls her superior who's name is Pam Dee she comes and says the same thing I asked her why did they helped them she tells me that they were told to help police and traffic officers which to me is bull. ..If they are on lunch they need to wait same like other clients...and no wonder I prefer checkers iso pick n pay
